Steve Jarvis is a County Councillor and a District Councillor.

On Herts County Council he represents the Royston West and Rural division covering Great Ashby, the part of Royston west of London Road and Kneesworth Street and the villages of Ashwell, Bygrave, Caldecote, Clothall, Graveley, Hinxworth, Kelshall, Newnham, Radwell, Rushden, Sandon, Therfield, Wallington and Weston.

He is a member of the cabinet panels for Highways and for Education, Libraries and Localism.

On North Herts District Council Steve Jarvis represents the parishes of Clothall, Rushden, Sandon, Wallington and Weston.

He is a member of the Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Baldock and District Area Committee.
