North Herts Council is now claiming that information on how many people have responded to the local plan and the proportion who objected is “confidential” along with details that are already in the public domain such as how the Examination of the plan by the inspector will be arranged.
I can only assume that they are desperate for the citizens of North Herts not to know this for as long as possible.
Since the information was provided to me (and many other councillors) with no restrictions and is now in the public domain the council’s attempt to prevent publication seems rather pointless.
